The best time for newborn photos is typically within the first two weeks after birth, when your baby is still sleepy and flexible.
We recommend reaching out to book your newborn photography session while you are still pregnant, ideally in your second trimester, to ensure availability.

What to Expect during your newborn session

Your newborn session occurs in a warm, cozy environment. Upon arrival, you can feed your baby, and then Christina will start gently posing your baby and family, letting Baby lead the way. She provides all props, wraps, and outfits, so just bring a pacifier and food, and she’ll take care of the rest.

To ensure availability, it's best to book your newborn portrait session during your second trimester. However, we accommodate last-minute bookings, so feel free to reach out at any stage of your pregnancy or after your baby arrives.

Do I need to buy any newborn props/outfits for my baby's newborn session?

Great question! You do not need to buy any newborn props or outfits for your baby's newborn session. I provide a variety of props, wraps, and accessories to use during the session. However, if there are any specific items or outfits that you would like to incorporate into the session, please let me know in advance so that we can discuss incorporating them.

Can my husband and kids be in the newborn portraits?

Absolutely! Including family members in your newborn portraits can make for even more precious and memorable photos. Please let me know beforehand so I can plan accordingly and make sure everyone is comfortable and prepared for the session.

Do you provide hair & makeup for Mom at the newborn portrait sessions?

Hair & makeup is an optional add-on for maternity & newborn portrait sessions on weekdays only.

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand that there are a lot of expenses that come with having a new baby, so we offer interest-free in-house payment plans for up to 6 months, or payments with AfterPay.

How much is a newborn session?

The session fee for a newborn session is $250 and covers up to a 4 hour session, depending on wakefulness of the baby. Photos and products are additional.

Do you retouch the images?

Yes! All chosen images are edited to our studio standards. Specific requests can be made as well. Composites or extensive editing may require an additional fee.,
