Our Philosophy

Christina Baltazar Photography's philosophy is to celebrate family.

It is our objective to create images that will be displayed in your home for years.

The best way to reinforce the importance of family is beautiful images that celebrate special moments together.

We create beautiful images so they can be displayed and hung on your wall. Our favorite for Santa is the heirloom album personalized with your children’s experience with Santa!

Our vision is to create an environment where the children can relax and enjoy a private play session with Santa. We want to remove the long lines, glaring eyes and the feeling of being rushed to get one or two images.

FAQ

Where are you located?

Christina Baltazar Photography is located in Lemoore, CA. A short 40 minute drive south from Fresno, CA or west from Visalia, CA. Magic of Santa sessions will be held in a rented location for one day only on November 5th, 2022 in Hanford, CA.

How do we check in for our session?

Arrive 15 minutes before your session, send a text to Christina, and we will greet you at the front door of the location.

What should we wear to the Santa Experience?

Christina will provide night gowns for the girls and green pajamas for the boys based on the sizes you provide during your consultation. We suggest solid colored pajamas, gowns and Christmas attire. We encourage everyone to join in the fun, so everyone should be ready to be in a few pictures. You may change in studio but will take up some Santa time.

Can we have more than 1 family in the session?

The Magic of Santa Experiences is designed to progress in a certain order, capturing memories of your family along the way. When there are multiple families, or grandparents with grandchildren from different families, it takes more time to capture those memories. If you have one or more families that would like to experience Santa together, book back to back sessions.

Do you allow pets?

We consider pets as part of the family, so feel free to bring them with you. All pets are required to be on a leash. We recommend bringing their favorite toy and some treats. Let us know in your questionnaire if you plan on bringing your pet.

What can I do if my child is afraid of Santa?

One of the benefits of having a private 50 minute session is there is usually ample time for hesitant children to warm up to Santa. The photographers and Santa have several techniques that help children feel at ease. However, we suggest limiting the number of people that you bring to watch the session. If you are worried that your child might be scared, please let us know in the consultation in order for us to notify Santa.

Can we take our own pictures or video?

Sorry, we do not allow any photography during your session, the photographer will share when a good time to capture a few moments of video. Please instruct any guest with you not to take photos during the session.

What does my registration fee go towards?

The registration fee covers Santa’s fee and the time during your session with Santa, a special hand made gift for your children, rental of the facility, and other fixed expenses. Prints, products & specialty items are an ADDITIONAL investment.

Is there a minimum purchase?

A minimum investment of $700 is required. However, most clients spend an average of $1500-2000 on heirloom prints, products and custom storybook albums.

When do we see our images?

Because this is the busiest time of year for the photographer and for families, we will schedule an online zoom meeting to view your images and place your order. During your session, you will have a chance to look at a variety of products that you will love! During this time your children will have a Santa snack and some hot chocolate, and play time with Santa.

How long does it take to get my order?

Once you select, pay, and approve the edits on your images, it typically takes about 2 - 4 weeks to arrive. Large & custom items can take longer. We do our best to rush Christmas cards and small prints, but cannot guarantee Christmas cards if ordered or approved after December 1st. Larger items such as wall portraits and albums may not be here before Christmas if ordered and approved after the 2nd week of December. We suggest booking your zoom online meeting early if you plan to order Christmas cards.

Do we provide digital files?

We provide digital social media files for images that you purchase. Social media files may be posted on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media sites. Digital files are provided with albums and large wall prints.

What if we need to cancel?

We understand things happen and we will do our best to work with your schedule. Your session fee is non-refundable if you have to cancel within 72 hours of your session. If something happens the morning of your session, call or text us, so we get in contact with you to reschedule your session.
