PROCESS STEPS
1. Heartfelt Connection Call
A phone call to explore your dreams and desires for your memories. It is all about getting to know you and planning a session that reflects your unique story.
2. Preparation
Wardrobe options will be tailored to your designed sets, with beauty referrals and a prep guide provided after booking confirmation.
3. Ordering
In this in-person or virtual meeting, we'll choose your digital images and products, design your gallery, and show how it complements your decor.
4. Reveal Day
This day includes white glove delivery of your gallery, prints, and products, plus a cleaning kit and hanging materials for wall art.

FAQ
How do I reserve a date?
Once the sitting fee has been paid, you are able to insert your “ideal session date” in the booking form. Weekends are usually booked out 2 months in advance.
Newborn sessions are only scheduled after your delivery, dependent on the well being of momma and baby, however your estimated due date is on our calendar.
How long are sessions?
Most session durations are between 1-2 hours long for maternity and family. Newborn sessions can take up to 4 hours, depending on baby’s alert levels.
Milestone sessions are around 40 minutes up to what baby will allow.
What happens after the session?
An ordering appointment will be arranged immediately following completion of your session. The ordering appointment is to review your soft proof gallery. It can be done in person or via Zoom.
How do we buy packages?
Most families choose to build a customized package with digital images, album and wall art options.
Digital only packages are also available with the options to purchase additional images.
Gift Certificates
A gifted session will include a credit of our starting package.
The receiver will use that balance towards any purchases during the viewing appointment.
Options to add additional products, photos and more will be based on the receiver.
When should I reserve a maternity or newborn session?
We suggest reaching out to us during your second trimester to ensure availability for both maternity & newborn sessions.
Maternity sessions are best photographed when Mom is between 30-32 weeks pregnant.
Newborns are ideally photographed when they are 5 - 14 days old, depending on the well-being of both Baby and Mom.
