When this mama first reached out to me, I knew this session would be something truly special. What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would move me.
Not long after welcoming her daughter into the world, she received a diagnosis that no young mother should ever have to face: cancer. Her life suddenly shifted from sleepless nights and baby giggles to doctors, treatments, and prayers whispered in the quiet hours.
But here she is — standing tall, embracing her husband and child with strength that radiates from deep within. This session wasn’t about perfectly posed portraits. It was about freezing time. It was about preserving this sacred, miraculous chapter of healing and hope.
She chose Proverbs 3:5–8 to be engraved on her family’s heirloom album. A verse that captures her heart posture during this season:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding…”
This isn’t the end of her journey with cancer — but it is a chapter marked by improvement, progress, and God's unmistakable presence. And these images? They’re more than just pretty photos. They’re a tangible reminder that even in the midst of uncertainty, love holds firm. Family endures. And faith carries us.
