Services
Christina Baltazar Photography provides custom maternity, newborn, family, and portrait photography services. All sessions are planned by appointment only and are subject to availability.
Booking and Session Fees
A session fee and signed agreement are required to reserve your session date.
Session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Session fees cover time, talent, and preparation. They do not include digital files or printed products unless explicitly stated.
Artwork and Product Purchases
Digital images and printed artwork are purchased separately unless included in a collection.
All sales of digital files, prints, albums, and artwork are final.
Orders are placed during the viewing and ordering appointment or through an online ordering system.
Payment is required in full before final images or products are delivered unless a payment plan has been approved.
Turnaround Time
Image proofs are typically presented within the timeframe discussed at booking.
Product delivery timelines vary by product type, vendor availability, and payment of invoice by client.
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control may occur.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide notice if rescheduling is required.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Christina Baltazar Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Arrive on time and prepared for their session.
- Follow safety guidelines, especially during newborn sessions.
- Disclose any health or safety concerns that may affect the session.
- Failure to comply may result in shortened sessions or cancellation without refund.
Image Use and Copyright
Christina Baltazar Photography retains full copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal use license for purchased images.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Client images are only shared publicly with written consent through a signed model release. If a client later decides they no longer wish their images to be shared publicly, they may contact Christina Baltazar Photography in writing. Upon receipt of the request, the images will be removed from future marketing use within a reasonable timeframe. This does not apply to materials already printed, published, or distributed prior to the request.
Website Use
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Christina Baltazar Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Christina Baltazar Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including equipment failure, weather conditions, or acts of God. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
